Shelton Community Cinema screens selected movies twice a month, offering two somewhat
different film series:
Second Sunday Movies, featuring films from the spiritual cinema genre, which are
inspiring, thought-provoking, and generally uplifting in nature. As the name suggests, these films
are shown on the second Sunday of each month at 2 pm.
Final Friday Movies, featuring independently produced films and videos that examine
subjects not well covered by the mainstream media, or that are off-beat or controversial in nature.
Again, as the name suggests, these films are shown on the last Friday of each month at 7 pm.
Shelton Community Cinema is a labor of love and not affiliated with any organized religion or political group.
Your donations or any charges are used to pay the license fee for these films, with any funds beyond that going
to SOCK (Save Our County’s Kids) youth programs in Shelton.
For more details about SOCK, including our plans to bring
a YMCA to Shelton, email bobbottman@hctc.com, or go to www.sock.org.
Technical support for showing these films is provided by Bob Bottman (Bottman Sound
Services), because he likes doing it. For more information about audio and video services, contact Bob at
360-432-3229, or email him at bobbottman@hctc.com.
